Q: What kind of exchange do you offer?

A: We are a crypto-to-crypto exchange - we do not support fiat currencies. You can easily swap one cryptocurrency for another without the need for creating an account or going under verification.

Q: What are your fees?

A: We charge a fee from 1% to 2% plus transaction gas fees. Please note that for amounts below $50, additional fees of up to 6% may apply due to the low value of the transaction.

Q: What happens if I send the wrong amount?

A: If you create a transaction for 1 XMR but send only 0.5 XMR, your funds may be lost. Always make sure to send the exact amount specified in the order. If you notice that you have sent the wrong amount, contact support immediately!

Q: What if something goes wrong?

A: If you experience any issues during your swap, our support team is ready to help.

Q: Do you require KYC (Know Your Customer)?

A: No. We never require KYC under any circumstances. Your privacy is important to us, and we designed our service to be fast, anonymous, and simple.

Q: Do you accept stolen funds?

A: No. We do not accept stolen, hacked, or otherwise illicit funds. However, unlike other platforms, we do not freeze assets. If there's an issue, we offer a free refund (minus network fees) - no KYC required.

Q: Do you collect any data, such as IP addresses or anything else?

A: No, we do not collect any data - including IP addresses or any other identifying information.

Q: Do successful swaps stay in your DB forever?

A: No. For maximum privacy and security, every successful swap is automatically and permanently deleted from our database after 7 days. After this period, the transaction record is gone forever and cannot be recovered.

Q: Do you have an affiliate program?

A: Yes! We offer a crypto affiliate program where you can earn (0.5%) commissions for referring users. Reach out the Affiliate section to get started.

Q: Do you have your own reserves and infrastructure?

A: Yes, we have our own coin reserves and our own infrastructure. However, if we are unable to process the transaction, we may use third parties

Q: I lost my UUID. Can you help me?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot help you recover your account. We do not have the tools to assist you in this matter.

Q: Why can't I choose between "Fixed Rate" and "Float Rate"?

A: At the moment, only the "Float Rate" is available for all swaps. We do not offer the "Fixed Rate" option yet, but we're working on it and plan to introduce it soon.

Q: How long does a swap take?

A: Most swaps are completed within 5-30 minutes, depending on network conditions and confirmation times. Some assets may take longer due to chain congestion or technical issues.
