A: Standard Swap only processes low risk, clean coins (low AML score, no red flags)
AML Swap accepts any coins regardless of history or source. Extra 2.2% fee for taking on the AML/compliance risk. We don't care where the coins come from.
Q: Why is Monero the only output option for AML Swaps?
A: We are not a mixer, Monero is the only option that guarantees privacy for you and us.
Q: How much will the total fee be?
A: Standard Swap: 1-2%
AML Swap: Base fee + 2.2% extra (usually 3.0-4.0% in total).
Everything is included in the rate - you see the exact amount you’ll receive before you confirm.
Q: Do you require KYC in either mode?
A: No - the entire service goal is to remain NEVER KYC on the platform. The only difference is risk acceptance and fees.
Q: What if I don't know whether my coins are high risk?
A: If you don't know or are undecided, you can use Standard swap mode. If we detect big AML score or strange connections, we will simply give you information to contact support. After contacting support, you will have to confirm that you agree to an additional fee for processing the transaction. If you do not agree, you will simply receive a refund to the provided address.
Q: Do you collect any data, such as IP addresses or anything else?
A: No, we do not collect any data - including IP addresses or any other identifying information.
